Established national firm is seeking a partner to strengthen its Litigation, Corporate and Technology practices in Wilmington. The role will handle complex commercial litigation and transact on corporate matters with a strong emphasis on fintech, cybersecurity and M&A-related work.

The team advises institutional and emerging technology clients, and the successful candidate will be expected to drive business development and deepen West Coast-facing client relationships. This is a leadership role with opportunities to shape practice strategy and mentor junior lawyers.

Partner-level experience in commercial litigation and corporate transactions, preferably with technology or fintech focus
Demonstrable track record advising on cybersecurity, fintech matters, M&A or corporate governance
Proven client development ability; portable client relationships or demonstrable business origination experience preferred
Strong leadership, supervision and cross-practice collaboration skills
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
