Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Detroit litigation team. The role focuses on commercial litigation matters across employment & labor, healthcare, professional liability and construction disputes.

The partner will manage complex cases, supervise associates, and work closely with clients across regulated industries and private entities. There is an expectation of business development activity and the ability to bring or grow a portable practice.

Experienced trial litigator with substantial commercial litigation and employment/labor experience
Track record handling healthcare, professional liability or construction disputes preferred
Proven ability to originate or materially grow client relationships
Licensure in Michigan (or willingness to seek admission) and strong litigation management skills
