Seeking a trial-focused partner to join a busy Austin litigation practice handling commercial disputes, employment and labor matters, healthcare-related liability, and construction litigation. The role involves leading client engagements, supervising litigation teams, and appearing in court and administrative venues.

The hire will be expected to develop and grow a portable practice, contribute to business development efforts, and work collaboratively across regional practice groups on complex, high-stakes matters.

Established litigation and employment law practice with demonstrable trial / advocacy experience
Track record of originating or growing client relationships; portable book of business welcome
Experience handling healthcare, professional liability, or construction disputes a plus
Strong leadership, mentoring, and business development skills
