Established national litigation team is seeking a lateral partner to join its Cincinnati office to lead and grow disputes matters across employment, professional liability, and healthcare-related work. The role will combine hands-on litigation with client development responsibilities and visibility on high-value, complex matters.

The ideal candidate will have an established litigation practice, strong courtroom and ADR experience, and the ability to develop business across labor & employment and healthcare sectors. This is a partner-level opportunity with responsibility for managing teams, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to firm-wide practice strategy.

Proven partner-level litigation experience with significant work in employment/labor and related professional liability or healthcare disputes
Track record of handling complex, high-stakes litigation and alternative dispute resolution
Demonstrated client-development ability; portable book of business or clear potential to generate new work preferred
Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience supervising associates and interacting with in-house counsel
