Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Missoula office to expand an existing commercial litigation practice. The role will focus on employment and labor matters, professional liability and healthcare-related disputes, with exposure to construction litigation.

The partner will lead client engagements, manage litigation teams, and develop local market relationships. A portable practice is welcomed; the position offers autonomy to grow regional workstreams while collaborating with national colleagues.

Proven partner-level litigation background with substantial experience in employment & labor and healthcare-related disputes.
Comfort handling professional liability and construction-related matters.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business development capabilities preferred.
Strong trial and motion practice skills and experience supervising associates.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
