Lateral Partner — Healthcare Litigation — Missoula

Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Missoula office to lead and grow healthcare and life sciences litigation work. The role focuses on defending and advising healthcare industry clients on complex regulatory and litigation matters.

The position offers a front‑line role handling high‑stakes disputes, supervising junior lawyers, and developing client relationships across the region. The office supports cross‑office collaboration on larger matters while providing autonomy to build a local practice.

• Admission to the relevant state bar and active good standing.
• Significant litigation experience focused on healthcare and/or life sciences matters; trial and dispositive motion experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor associates and manage case teams.
• Business development capability; portable client relationships or demonstrable originations are advantageous.
