Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Indianapolis litigation team handling commercial disputes, employment matters, professional liability, healthcare-related claims and construction litigation. The role combines trial-oriented work with client counseling across regulated and private-sector matters.

The successful candidate will lead cases, supervise associates, and work closely with practice-group colleagues to grow regional client relationships. Opportunity exists to bring and develop a portable practice within the office.

Established partner-level litigation experience with a focus on employment, professional liability, healthcare and/or construction matters
Proven record of managing teams and handling complex commercial litigation to trial or dispositive motion
Demonstrable business development and client relationship skills; ability to contribute to practice growth
Active bar admission in Indiana or eligibility to obtain admission
