Established national law firm seeking an experienced litigation partner to join its Louisville office. The role will focus on commercial litigation matters with a strong emphasis on employment and labor disputes, professional liability, healthcare-related litigation and construction disputes.

The hire will lead client matters, develop business and work collaboratively with existing litigation teams across practice areas. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client development track record are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner-level litigation experience, including courtroom and dispositive motion work
Substantial experience handling employment and labor matters; experience with professional liability, healthcare or construction disputes a strong plus
Established client relationships or demonstrated ability to originate and grow business
Licensed to practice in the relevant state or able to obtain admission
Strong leadership, mentoring and cross-practice collaboration skills
