Established partner-level litigation background with significant securities and/or white-collar matters.
Proven trial and courtroom experience; comfort handling investigations and regulatory proceedings.
Demonstrable ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer promptly.
