Leading regional law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Employment & Labor team in Louisville. The role focuses on litigation and contentious employment matters, representing employers across a range of workplace disputes.

The position offers a platform to manage a mixed caseload, handle trials and hearings, and develop client relationships within the region. The team works closely across practices to provide coordinated litigation and employment counselling.

Portable business is welcomed; candidates with an established book or demonstrable client-development capability will be competitive.

Bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
Significant experience in employment litigation and related dispute resolution (defense-side experience preferred).
Proven trial/hearing experience and strong litigation skills.
Demonstrable business development skills and ability to bring or grow client relationships.
