Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Louisville office to lead and grow a trial-focused litigation and employment practice. The role will handle commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability and matters arising in healthcare and construction sectors.

The successful candidate will split time between casework, client development and mentoring junior lawyers. There is an opportunity to take on partner-level responsibility for a portfolio of private clients and to expand the practice locally and regionally.

J.D. and admission to the relevant state bar
Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation and employment law
Track record handling professional liability, healthcare or construction-related disputes preferred
Demonstrated client development skills and ability to manage and mentor litigation teams
Portable practice or ability to bring and grow client relationships welcomed
