Established national litigation practice seeks an experienced partner to join its Miami office to lead and grow commercial and employment litigation matters. The role will handle a mix of defense-side trial and motion work across employment, professional liability, healthcare and construction-related disputes.

This is a client-facing leadership role: you will manage cases from intake through trial, mentor junior lawyers, and work with colleagues across practice groups and offices. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client-generation ability are encouraged to apply.

Established track record in commercial and employment litigation, including trial and dispositive motion experience.
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; experience growing or sustaining a portable practice preferred.
Experience supervising associates and managing case budgets and staffing.
Active bar admission in Florida (or ability to obtain admission) and good standing.
