Senior litigation partner role joining a national firm’s Milwaukee office to lead and grow litigation, labor & employment, healthcare and construction matters. The position involves handling complex commercial and professional liability disputes, managing trial work, and advising institutional and private clients.

We are seeking a partner who will lead client engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice groups. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination history is welcome, as is a strong track record of courtroom and trial experience.

Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation, employment/labor, healthcare or construction matters
Strong trial and courtroom skills; experience with professional liability matters preferred
Demonstrated ability to originate and maintain client relationships or bring a portable practice
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and managing case teams
Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in the jurisdiction
