Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to develop and lead litigation and labor & employment matters out of its Rapid City office. The role will handle a mix of civil litigation, professional liability, healthcare-related disputes and construction claims for a diverse client base.

The partner will manage and mentor associates, collaborate across practice groups, and play a visible role in client service and case strategy. Candidates with an existing portable practice or proven success in business development are encouraged to apply.

Admission to the relevant state bar and a strong litigation track record.
Significant experience handling employment, professional liability, healthcare or construction litigation at a senior level.
Proven ability to manage cases and supervise junior lawyers.
Business development skills; a portable practice is welcome but not mandatory.
