Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to develop and lead litigation and labor & employment matters out of its Rapid City office. The role will handle a mix of civil litigation, professional liability, healthcare-related disputes and construction claims for a diverse client base.

The partner will manage and mentor associates, collaborate across practice groups, and play a visible role in client service and case strategy. Candidates with an existing portable practice or proven success in business development are encouraged to apply.

  • Admission to the relevant state bar and a strong litigation track record.
  • Significant experience handling employment, professional liability, healthcare or construction litigation at a senior level.
  • Proven ability to manage cases and supervise junior lawyers.
  • Business development skills; a portable practice is welcome but not mandatory.
