An established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Shelburne office to lead and grow a commercial litigation practice focused on employment, professional liability, healthcare and construction disputes. The role combines case leadership, client relationship management and matter development across these industry sectors.

The successful candidate will handle complex commercial and employment litigation matters, supervise associates, and work closely with practice colleagues across the firm’s network. There is an expectation of contributing to business development — candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client origination are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level litigation experience with a demonstrated track record in employment and related commercial disputes (professional liability, healthcare, or construction preferred)
Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to qualify promptly
Proven ability to manage and mentor associates and lead trial or arbitration matters
Business development experience and a demonstrated ability to build or bring in client relationships
