Established national firm seeks a partner to join its Silicon Valley litigation team, with a primary focus on employment and labor disputes and adjacent practices including healthcare and construction-related matters. The role combines courtroom advocacy, counseling clients on workplace issues, and supervising complex commercial litigation.

This is a leadership position for an experienced trial lawyer who will manage significant matters, mentor junior attorneys, and work closely with cross-practice teams. A portable practice or demonstrable client-development capability is welcome and will be valued.

Proven partner-level litigation experience in employment and labor matters; experience with healthcare or construction disputes a plus
Established track record of handling complex commercial and professional-liability litigation, including trial and dispositive motion experience
Demonstrable client-development and business-generation ability; portable matters welcomed
Experience leading teams and mentoring associates; strong writing and oral advocacy skills
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
