Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Bay Area litigation team to handle complex commercial and trial matters across energy, life sciences/digital health, financial services, real estate, construction and aviation sectors. The role focuses on high-stakes dispute resolution, including courtroom and arbitration work.

The practice will involve taking primary responsibility for client relationships, case strategy and team leadership on significant matters. The firm is looking for a partner with an established litigation practice and a demonstrable ability to generate and grow business; a portable book of business is welcome.

Proven partner-level litigation experience with courtroom and/or arbitration track record
Substantive experience in one or more target sectors: energy, life sciences/digital health, financial services, real estate, construction or aviation
Strong client-development skills and history of originating or growing matters
Ability to lead teams, manage complex strategic litigation, and mentor junior lawyers
