Well-established Swiss office is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Geneva litigation team. The role involves leading complex commercial disputes, advising sophisticated domestic and international clients, and supervising junior lawyers on high-value matters.

The firm is interested in candidates with an existing litigation practice and the ability to develop business in Switzerland and cross-border matters. The team offers a collaborative environment and the opportunity to take significant client responsibility.

Qualified lawyer with substantial litigation experience at partner or senior counsel level
Proven track record of managing complex commercial disputes and supervising teams
Ability or willingness to develop and bring portable client relationships / business where applicable
Fluency in French and English preferred; admission to a Swiss bar or eligibility to practise in Switzerland advantageous
