Seeking an experienced litigation partner to join a busy Houston practice focused on healthcare and technology-related disputes. The role will handle complex defense and commercial litigation matters for healthcare industry clients, with frequent intersections involving AI, cybersecurity and digital-asset issues.

The team represents a mix of institutional and corporate healthcare clients in matters such as FCA defense, managed-care disputes and technology-enabled commercial litigation. The position offers a platform to build and lead matters, collaborate with national colleagues, and grow a regional practice.

Established partner with significant litigation experience in healthcare and technology-related disputes
Proven trial and motion practice, including complex civil litigation and regulatory defense (e.g., FCA/managed-care matters)
Comfort advising on matters involving AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues
Ability to bring or grow a portable practice and originate business
