Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a litigation group in San Diego with a strong focus on healthcare-related disputes and technology-driven matters. The role centers on defending healthcare clients (including FCA and managed-care matters) and handling complex business litigation arising from AI, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency issues.

The successful candidate will join a national firm platform and take a senior role building client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating across practices to serve regulated-industry clients. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are welcome.

Established litigation partner with significant experience in healthcare litigation (including FCA defense and managed-care matters).
Track record handling technology-related disputes involving AI, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency.
Proven business development and client relationship skills; portable client base preferred.
Experience leading teams and working cross-practice with regulatory, compliance, and transactional colleagues.
Admission to the relevant state bar and eligibility to practice in California.
