The ideal candidate will lead client engagements, manage case teams, and grow a portable practice. There is an expectation of active business development and cross-practice collaboration across healthcare, technology, and regulatory matters.

Established partner with significant experience in healthcare litigation, including defense work (e.g., False Claims Act and managed-care disputes).
Track record handling complex business litigation involving technology issues such as AI, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency-related disputes.
Proven client-development ability and capacity to bring or grow a portable practice.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and demonstrated team leadership.
