Senior litigation partner role in the Dallas office of a national law firm, leading and growing healthcare and technology-related litigation practices. The position focuses on healthcare disputes (including False Claims Act defense and managed-care litigation) and complex business litigation arising from cybersecurity, AI and cryptocurrency matters.

The firm seeks an experienced trial lawyer to handle client-facing work, develop new business, and mentor junior litigators. Candidates with an established portable practice or demonstrable client-development record in healthcare and technology litigation are encouraged to apply.

Established partner with significant litigation experience, including healthcare/FCA defense and commercial technology-related disputes
Proven courtroom and client-facing experience; track record of originating or growing business
Experience with cybersecurity, data-privacy, AI or cryptocurrency-related matters preferred
Bar admission in the relevant state or ability to obtain admission; willingness to be based in or relocate to Dallas
