Seeking a lateral partner to join a national litigation practice in Miami, focusing on healthcare and technology disputes. The role will center on defending False Claims Act and managed-care matters, while also handling business litigation tied to AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues.

The position offers the opportunity to lead matters, grow a team, and develop a portable litigation practice. Candidates should be comfortable owning client relationships and driving business development in both healthcare and technology-related disputes.

Partner-level litigation experience with a proven trial and/or complex litigation record
Substantive experience defending healthcare matters, including False Claims Act and managed-care litigation
Experience litigating technology-related disputes (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency/blockchain) preferred
Demonstrated client-development ability and readiness to bring or grow a portable practice
Active bar admission in Florida or ability to become admitted
