Senior litigation partner role to lead and expand a busy healthcare and technology disputes practice based in Silicon Valley. The position will handle government and private civil enforcement work, complex managed-care and provider litigation, and technology-related commercial disputes involving AI, cybersecurity and digital assets.

The team represents clients across regulated healthcare sectors and technology companies, combining trial and appellate work with regulatory-defense strategies. The firm is seeking an experienced partner able to originate and manage high‑stakes matters and grow market presence in the region.

Open to candidates with an established litigation track record and demonstrable experience in healthcare enforcement defense and technology-related disputes.

Established partner-level litigation experience, with significant matters in healthcare litigation and related regulatory defense (e.g., government enforcement).
Demonstrated experience handling technology-related disputes (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency/crypto-assets) and commercial litigation.
Proven trial and motion skills; ability to manage teams and supervise associates.
Portable client relationships and business development ability preferred.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain it.
