Senior litigation partner role within a well-established international practice based in Hong Kong. The role covers high-value commercial litigation, cross-border restructuring work and international arbitration arising from Greater China matters.

The partner will lead teams on complex disputes, drive case strategy, and expand relationships with regional corporates and financial institutions. A portable practice and demonstrable client origination are welcomed.

Established partner with significant contentious experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration.
Track record on cross-border restructuring or insolvency-related disputes preferred.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Admitted/qualified in a common law jurisdiction and able to work on Hong Kong/China matters.
Strong leadership, advocacy and client-facing skills.
