Lateral Partner, Litigation — Beijing / Shanghai

Senior litigation partner opportunity with a highly regarded international litigation practice in China. The role focuses on leading complex commercial disputes and international/arbitration matters across the region.

The successful candidate will lead case teams, develop strategy for high-stakes disputes, and advise multinational and domestic clients on cross-border litigation and arbitration. A portable practice or established client relationships in commercial litigation and arbitration are sought.

• Established partner-level litigation experience, including arbitration and commercial dispute resolution.
• Proven track record of leading complex, high-value matters and managing teams.
• Portable client base or demonstrable ability to develop significant business in the region preferred.
• Admission to and familiarity with relevant PRC and international arbitration procedures preferred.
