Seeking a senior capital markets partner to join a major international law firm’s China practice. The role will focus on leading and expanding capital markets work for PRC and cross-border issuers and underwriters across equity and debt offerings.

The successful candidate will advise on IPOs, global offerings, secondary and block trades, and related regulatory matters, and will work closely with regional and international teams to execute complex transactions.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience leading capital markets transactions in China (ECM and/or DCM)
• Track record of originating mandates and managing cross-border deal teams
