Leading international law firm is seeking a senior capital markets partner to join its China practice, covering the Beijing and Shanghai offices. The role will focus on advising issuers and underwriters on equity and debt offerings, cross-border listings and related public company regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team advising multinational and domestic clients on complex capital markets transactions and will have the opportunity to develop regional platform work across Greater China.

Proven partner-level capital markets practice in China with a portable book of business.
Extensive experience on equity and debt offerings, IPOs and cross-border listings.
Strong client development record and ability to work across China and with international teams.
