Senior partner-level opening for an experienced Technology and Media & Entertainment lawyer to join a major international firm’s Beijing office. The role focuses on technology agreements, media and telecom matters, and related commercial and regulatory work for multinational and regional clients.

The successful candidate will lead matters, manage client relationships and contribute to business development across Greater China. This is a partner-track lateral role where a portable practice or demonstrable client generation capability will be valued.

Proven partner-level experience in technology, media, telecom or related transactional work.
Track record of leading cross-border deals and advising corporate and commercial clients.
Strong client-development skills; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Fluent in Mandarin and English preferred; admitted to practice in a recognized jurisdiction.
