Senior litigation partner role based in Chicago, joining a broad commercial litigation team with strong capabilities in patent litigation (notably life sciences and technology), privacy/data protection, and antitrust matters tied to private equity transactions.

The role will lead high-stakes contested matters, manage trial and appellate work, and develop business across life sciences, technology and private equity clients. The team offers multi-disciplinary support from IP, antitrust and commercial litigation specialists.

Open to candidates with an established, portable practice who can drive originations and client relationships within these industry focuses.

Established partner with a proven commercial litigation and/or IP trial background (patent litigation experience desirable, particularly in life sciences/technology)
Experience handling antitrust litigation matters, ideally with exposure to private equity-related disputes
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Excellent courtroom, deposition and motion practice skills; comfortable leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers
