Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property, Austin

Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Austin litigation group, focused on patent and antitrust litigation matters. The role will handle complex, high-stakes disputes across technology, life sciences and private‑equity related matters.

Ideal candidates will lead trial and appellate work, develop bench and client strategies, and collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team across offices. The team values a portable practice and proven client development ability; a demonstrable book of business is welcome.

• Established partner-level litigation experience, including patent litigation and antitrust/competition matters.
• Proven trial and/or appellate experience and courtroom presence.
• Track record of originating or growing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Austin office.
