Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property — Austin

Senior litigation partner opportunity in Austin focusing on patent litigation and antitrust matters. The role combines IP disputes (with an emphasis on life sciences and technology) and antitrust litigation, particularly matters connected to private equity clients.

The team serves clients across private equity, life sciences, technology and energy sectors. The hire will join a national practice with substantial bench strength and cross-office collaboration.

This is a partner-level, client-facing role; candidates with an established, portable practice and demonstrated experience leading complex commercial litigation will be prioritized.

• Partner-level experience in patent litigation and/or antitrust litigation.
• Track record representing clients in life sciences, technology or private equity contexts.
• Established, portable book of business suitable for a national litigation practice.
• Eligibility to practice in Texas or willingness to satisfy local admission requirements.
