Seeking a partner to join a national full‑service firm’s Houston office to help grow and lead litigation, intellectual property (including patent/IP litigation), and corporate practices. The role is open to candidates with a portable practice who can collaborate across the firm’s U.S. offices.

Priority is given to partners with established practices in corporate transactions, patent/IP litigation, and mass tort/product‑liability matters; ERISA-related work is also of interest. The firm offers flexible compensation structures and potential equity opportunities on a case‑by‑case basis and promotes cross‑office collaboration on growth initiatives.

Partner‑level experience in litigation, IP litigation, or corporate practice
Portable book of business and proven business‑development track record
Proven leadership and ability to work collaboratively across offices
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and strong client relationship skills
