Partner — Litigation, Intellectual Property & Corporate (Los Angeles)

Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles office to help grow and lead practices across litigation, intellectual property and corporate work. The role is open to partners with portable practices who can originate and manage high-value matters, including patent/IP litigation, mass tort/product liability, ERISA-related work and corporate governance matters.

The firm offers a collaborative platform with flexibility on compensation structure and the potential for equity on a case-by-case basis. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work across offices, support regional growth initiatives and mentor more junior lawyers in a multi-disciplinary practice.

• Partner-level experience in litigation, intellectual property and/or corporate practices.
• Proven business development record and ability to bring a portable book of business.
• Experience managing complex matters (e.g., patent litigation, mass torts, product liability, corporate governance or ERISA) and leading teams.
• Active bar admission and strong client relationship skills.
