Senior partner opportunity in the Silicon Valley office of a well-established national law firm. The team is expanding its litigation and intellectual property capabilities and seeks a market-facing partner to build or join a high-performing practice alongside corporate work.

Ideal candidates will have a strong track record handling IP litigation (including patents) and significant commercial litigation or product-liability/mass-torts experience; corporate transactional or governance experience is also of interest. The role offers a collaborative platform and flexibility around practice mix and office development.

Established partner with significant experience in IP litigation and/or complex commercial litigation; corporate transactional experience is a plus.
Proven originations and a portable book of business or clear ability to develop substantial client relationships.
Trial and/or dispositive-motion experience for litigation-focused candidates; demonstrated deal experience for corporate-focused candidates.
Strong client development, leadership and mentoring skills; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
