Partner — Litigation, Intellectual Property & Corporate — Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. team to help grow litigation, intellectual property (including IP/patent litigation) and corporate capabilities. The role is client- and business-development focused, with scope to work across offices and collaborate on matters nationally.

Priority is given to partners with a portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and expand client relationships. The firm is actively prioritizing candidates with experience in corporate transactions, complex civil litigation (including mass torts/product liability), and ERISA/benefits matters.

• Established partner with significant experience in one or more of: corporate, IP/patent litigation, complex civil litigation (mass tort/product liability), or ERISA/benefits
• Proven client-development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable book of business
• Track record leading teams and managing high‑value matters; trial or contested‑litigation experience where relevant
• Bar admission and standing to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
