Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property (Dallas)

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Dallas litigation team with a strong focus on intellectual property and antitrust matters. The role will handle high-stakes patent litigation (particularly life-sciences and technology matters), complex antitrust disputes often connected to private equity transactions, and related privacy/data-protection issues.

This is a client-facing partner role expected to originate and grow work in the region. The team combines trial-ready litigation capability with cross-practice support from transactional and regulatory groups to service sophisticated corporate and financial clients.

• Established partner with significant experience in patent litigation and antitrust litigation (life sciences and technology experience preferred).
• Proven trial and/or significant motion practice experience in complex civil litigation.
• Track record of originating or managing client relationships and ability to grow a portable practice.
• Strong writing, advocacy and team leadership skills; able to work cross-functionally with transactional and regulatory teams.
• Active bar admission in Texas or eligibility to transfer; willingness to be based in Dallas.
