Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property, Greensboro

Senior partner-level opportunity in the litigation and intellectual property groups of a national law firm, based in Greensboro. The firm is growing its practice in the Southeast and is seeking partners with portable practices who can generate and expand regional work.

Priority search areas include IP/patent litigation, corporate transactional work, and mass-torts/product-liability matters; the role involves client development, case leadership, and collaboration across nearby offices. The firm offers competitive compensation and case-by-case equity arrangements for senior hires.

• Established partner with demonstrable success handling litigation and/or IP matters; portable book of business preferred.
• Proven business development track record and ability to originate and grow client relationships.
• Experience leading teams, supervising associates, and managing complex matters (mass tort, product liability, patent litigation or corporate governance experience a plus).
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and willingness to work from the Greensboro office with regional collaboration.
