Seeking a lateral partner to join a well‑established practice focused on complex litigation, intellectual property disputes and corporate matters. The role is open to experienced trial and IP litigators who can lead significant matters and collaborate across practice groups.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice or demonstrable ability to bring meaningful client relationships. The group values partners who can develop business, mentor junior lawyers, and work flexibly across offices and practice areas, including mass tort/product liability and ERISA work.

Established partner with significant litigation and/or intellectual property experience
Proven trial or complex litigation record; patent/IP litigation experience preferred
Portable practice and ability to generate or bring client relationships
Experience handling mass tort, product liability or ERISA matters is a plus
Track record of business development and team leadership
