Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property, Los Angeles

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established U.S. law firm’s Los Angeles office, with primary focus on intellectual property litigation, product liability/mass tort, or corporate practice expansion. The role is client-facing and rainmaking, with responsibility for originating work, leading matters, and growing a team.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice or demonstrable book of business and experience handling high‑value IP litigation (including patent matters), complex product liability/mass tort or corporate governance matters. The firm offers flexibility on compensation structures and billing rates to reflect senior-level contributions.

The office collaborates closely with other U.S. locations and will consider partners who can help expand regional presence. Submissions are accepted confidentially; this is a partner-level hire with expectations of immediate client impact and practice development.

• Established partner-level track record in IP litigation, mass tort/product liability, or corporate practice.
• Portable practice or proven ability to originate and cultivate client relationships.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex, high-value matters from intake through resolution.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and strong courtroom/negotiation skills (as applicable).
