Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property (New York)

Leading U.S. law firm is seeking a partner to join its New York litigation practice with a strong focus on patent litigation and related IP disputes. The role will sit at the intersection of life‑sciences and technology matters, and will also handle antitrust litigation tied to transactional and private‑equity contexts.

The successful candidate will lead complex, bet‑the‑company disputes, supervise litigation teams, and work closely with client legal and commercial teams. This is an opportunity to join a well‑resourced platform with national reach and a collaborative cross‑practice environment.

• Established partner with significant experience in patent litigation and IP disputes, particularly in life‑sciences and technology sectors.
• Track record of handling complex antitrust litigation matters, preferably with exposure to private‑equity or transactional antitrust disputes.
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships and to manage and mentor litigation teams.
• Admission to the New York bar (or eligible) and ability to handle matters across U.S. courts.
