Senior litigation partner sought to join a busy Dubai disputes team focused on international arbitration and cross-border litigation. The role will lead complex arbitrations and contentious matters across the region.

You will manage and mentor a team, drive case strategy and hearing advocacy, and work closely with clients on high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes. The position offers a platform to build out a regional practice from a well-resourced disputes group.

A portable practice is welcome and business generation will be an important element of the role.

Established partner-level experience in international arbitration and cross-border litigation.
Proven track record of leading arbitrations and complex commercial disputes.
Demonstrable client development and relationship-management skills; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Comfortable working on multi-jurisdictional matters and mentoring junior lawyers; English fluency required.
