Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Las Vegas office to lead and grow a litigation-focused practice. The role emphasizes complex commercial litigation, employment and labor matters, and industry-related disputes in healthcare and construction.

The partner will handle trial and pre-trial work, supervise associates, and develop client relationships across private and corporate clients. This is an opportunity to join a sizable, multi-practice platform with national reach while based in the Las Vegas market.

Strong candidates will have an existing litigation practice and the ability to bring or expand client relationships in employment, professional liability, healthcare, or construction-related matters.

Established partner or senior litigator with a track record in commercial litigation and labor & employment matters
Experience handling employment-related litigation, professional liability, healthcare or construction disputes
Proven trial and case-management experience and ability to supervise teams
Portable practice or demonstrable business-development capability preferred
