Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Spokane litigation team, focusing on commercial litigation, labor & employment, healthcare-related defense, and construction disputes. The role will handle high-stakes matters across those practice areas and work with a regional and national client base.

The partner will manage litigation and counseling matters, develop and expand client relationships, and mentor junior attorneys. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate work is welcome.

The position offers a broad platform of firm resources and cross-office collaboration to support complex defense work and business development.

Partner-level experience handling commercial litigation and employment/labor matters.
Substantial experience defending healthcare, professional liability, and/or construction disputes preferred.
Proven client-development ability; portability or history of originating work is valued.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience managing and mentoring teams.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
