The successful candidate will manage trial and pre-trial strategy, collaborate across offices on cross-border or national disputes, and help develop business. The firm values a partner who can contribute substantively to case work while supporting practice development and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner-level litigation experience handling complex commercial disputes, including trial work and motion practice
Proven client development capability and willingness to grow a portable practice
Track record of supervising and mentoring associates and managing matters from intake through resolution
Bar admission in California or eligibility to obtain admission; strong writing and oral advocacy skills
