Established partner-level litigation experience with a strong commercial litigation track record
Proven business development and client-management skills; a portable practice is required
Demonstrated courtroom and/or appellate experience
Ability to lead teams, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across practices
Admission to the Minnesota bar or willingness to become admitted
