Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Minneapolis corporate and technology practice. The role will focus on corporate transactional work including M&A, private equity, capital markets and technology-related transactions, alongside overlap with IP litigation and technology disputes.

The firm is expanding its U.S. platform and is looking for a partner who can originate and develop business, work across offices on national and cross-border matters, and help grow a team in the region. The role offers significant client-facing responsibility and collaboration with sector-focused groups (technology, life sciences, financial services and energy).

Proven partner-level transactional practice in M&A, private equity or capital markets; experience with technology-sector clients preferred
Experience with technology transactions and/or IP litigation matters a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client work; a portable book of business is desirable
Track record of leading teams, mentoring junior lawyers, and working collaboratively across offices
