Partner — Corporate & Intellectual Property (Energy focus) — Minneapolis

Leading law firm partner opportunity in Minneapolis to head and grow an established corporate and IP transactional practice with a focus on energy and life sciences deals. The role combines high‑value M&A and private equity work with intellectual property counsel on commercial transactions.

The partner will lead client relationships and transactions, work closely with multi‑disciplinary teams across the firm, and help drive business development. The position suits an experienced transaction lawyer with a portable practice and proven ability to originate and steward client matters.

• Partner‑level transactional experience in M&A and private equity.
• Proven experience advising on IP issues in commercial transactions, preferably with life sciences exposure.
• Transactional experience in the energy sector.
• Demonstrated client origination/business development capability and an existing portfolio of client relationships.
• Bar admission and credentials appropriate for partner role (Minnesota admission preferred).
