Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its litigation team in the Princeton office. The role involves handling a broad range of commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts and contributing to a busy, collaborative practice.

The successful candidate will take a senior role developing and managing significant cases, supervising associates, and working closely with cross-practice teams to deliver commercial outcomes for clients. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced litigation platform with national reach while based in the Princeton market.

Portable client relationships or a proven ability to develop new business in the region will be highly regarded.

Established litigation partner with significant trial and/or complex commercial litigation experience
Track record of managing matters and supervising junior lawyers
Proven client-development ability; portable practice welcomed
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
