Established regional law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its litigation and securities practice from the Alexandria office. The role combines courtroom litigation, regulatory/white‑collar matters and securities‑related disputes for a mix of private clients.

The successful candidate will run complex matters, mentor junior lawyers, and develop new client opportunities. The team handles a broad litigation caseload and welcomes a partner who can bring demonstrable experience and a portable practice.

Admission to the relevant state bar and in‑good‑standing license
Proven track record in litigation and securities matters; courtroom and dispositive‑motion experience preferred
Experience with white‑collar or regulatory enforcement matters a plus
Demonstrable ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
