Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Boston litigation team with a strong focus on securities and white‑collar matters. The role will lead complex civil and regulatory disputes, including trial and enforcement work, and provide strategic advice to institutional and private clients.

The team handles a mix of contentious and regulatory matters; the partner will be expected to manage significant matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice development. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable business origination are particularly encouraged to apply.

Partner-level litigation experience with a focus on securities, regulatory, or white‑collar matters
Proven track record of managing complex cases and supervising associates
Strong trial and/or enforcement experience preferred
Demonstrable business development ability; portable book welcomed
Active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
